Reflection on Latino Town Hall Dinner - 05/03/2023

This past May we were invited to attend the Latino Town Hall Dinner in Grand Rapids, organized by the Alzheimer’s Association and MCCFAD (Michigan Center for Contextual Factors in Alzheimer’s Disease). We shared our mission with the audience and made new connections with other organizations at the event. We are very excited to nourish these partnerships to expand our reach and help address the needs of the Latino community affected by Alzheimer Disease and dementia. The MSU CHM (Michigan State University College of Human Medicine) leadership and Dean attended the event and took great interest in MFD. We are honored to have been featured in the Dean’s weekly update and are excited to share it with you. Thank you Dean Sousa for your support!

Events like this help us share our vision and make MFD more accessible to the community. Reach out to find out how you can join and make a difference!
